Future Self is Standby Go's emerging strand of coaching-informed transition and future readiness work. It helps people think earlier and more intentionally about identity, direction, confidence and life beyond a current role, so that when change arrives they meet it as someone already prepared.
It sits alongside Leadership Experience Design as the second pillar of the practice. The principle is the same throughout: leadership is a journey, not an event, and the moments before change are where the growth begins.
