Roger Harnden founded Standby Go Ltd to bring together everything he had learned about leading in demanding environments: how people grow under pressure, how groups cohere around shared purpose, and how the moments before action shape everything that follows.
The practice sits at three levels. Identity level coaching that helps a leader step into who they need to become. Leadership experience design that turns broad organisational aims into purposeful group experiences. Structured transition planning that carries intent into confident action, and then into reflection and learning.
Over more than two decades, Roger has coached and mentored nominated leaders through the planning, briefing, delivery and review of development experiences at home and overseas, across sport, study, adventurous activity, team cohesion and multi-activity leadership programmes.
