Standby Go Ltd was founded by Roger Harnden to help people and organisations move from intent to meaningful action.
After more than two decades designing leadership development, coaching and experiential learning opportunities, I noticed a recurring challenge.
Alongside client work, I contribute to community wellbeing through ScanFit Trail, a separate venture unconnected to Standby Go's client work, and continue to study and research identity, wellbeing and leadership effectiveness during transition.

Beyond the work
I am happily married with two wonderful children. Outside of work I stay active, and I always make sure there is a holiday to look forward to.
